Does Moventum also move in bad weather?
Yes. We protect your property with special protective covers and tarpaulins, so that everything arrives dry in your new home even in rain or snow.
Do I have to be present for the on-site visit?
Not necessarily. We offer on-site visits or easy video calls (WhatsApp/FaceTime) to estimate the effort involved.
How is payment made?
You can conveniently pay by invoice, card, or cash directly after the move is completed.
What happens to my plants and delicate devices?
We transport plants and electronics with particular care. Electronics (like TVs) are wrapped in special film to ensure everything arrives undamaged.
Does Moventum also offer disposal services?
Yes. We will take away any furniture or household items you no longer need and dispose of them properly for you.
How long does an average move take?
That depends on the size of the apartment. A 3-room apartment usually takes one working day. We will give you a precise time schedule after the viewing.
Are fuel and mileage costs included?
Yes, travel costs and mileage are generally already included in our offers. There are no nasty surprises at the end.
